Hi Ron,
You did a cool thing in this video: have different color words in the h1 header. How do you do that. Do I need an extra plugin. I’m trying to do this in the column squeeze page. I cut and paste it in the visual text box. I don’t have the “format” editing function where you select a word and apply a h1 or h2 tag. How can I do that?
thanks
Hey Charles,
You can’t do this in the column squeeze. The headline is located in the header and the editable content starts in the left column.
So if you added the headline into the visual editor instead of using the provided fields, it would drop into the top of the left column.
You could use an image program and make a new image the width of your header and about 100px higher and then add in your headline with different colors under your header making it an image. Then use the text of the headline as the alt tag. You would lose a little bit of SEO advantage not having the h1 tag, but you could use the sub-headline as the headline…
In the Squeeze page and Sales page it is all one column. So dropping the headlines into the editor to style just gives you a little more white space above the headlines that is hardly noticeable.
Hope that helps,
Ron
Might help if I read the question better huh…
In the Visual Editor the last icon shows a single row of tiny icons then 2 rows of tiny icons under it. This is the Show/Hide the kitchen Sink button. Clicking it displays or hides more tools.
You can also press the Alt+Shift+Z buttons on your keyboard to hide or display it.
Ron
Thanks Ron!
Now I can add some much needed color to my squeeze pages!
Ron, your plugin rocks!
